to do this you should download videos from this site http://videosnatcher.net find the video using the search button and hit the download button follow the instructions on that site and save the video in flv extension.
Step 2. encode the flv file into avi,mpeg,wmv for powerpoint using http://www.flvsoft.com/flv_to_video/
Click "insert">> "Movies and Sounds">> "Movie from file".
Double click the converted video file u want to insert to ppt file.
Then ,the youtube video has been insert to ur PPT.
