Is YouTube's support team retarded?

Whenever I encounter a problem on YouTube, I send their support team a message just to see what kind of dumb response I'm going to get (and also to see what they think of my problem). Here's one that I recently sent.

Question: I cannot upload anything at all with the single uploader. It just stays at the "Connecting..." message and doesn't go anywhere. When I use the alternative single uploader, it still does the same thing. The multi-video uploader doesn't seem to work either. Been waiting an hour for a 15MB video to process.

Answer: Depending on your connection speed and the size of the video, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to upload a video. Generally, if you have a high-speed Internet connection you can expect the upload to take somewhere between 1-5 minutes for every 1MB. However, the experience is different for every user because of the variation in connection speeds.

What in the world? This person's response has about a 0% relation to my question.

OMG! I'm having the same problem too! I've been trying to upload a vid for days now and just keeps saying "connecting", what the hell! And they sent me the same message! So I 100% agree with you... they are retarted.
