YouTube help please......?

I have blocked a user on youtube as he has been rude to me. What does this actually do? does it mean he can't view my profile? videos?
does anyone know...thanks!

he cannot comment on your vids or send emails, but he can still look at your vids and homepage.

He can easily - however, log-off and set up another user account as someone else and get around this. People have several different logging in names for this purpose. They are TROLLS and need some help with their mental health.

He can still see your vids, but can't contact you or comment on your videos.
