How old do you have to be to have a youtube?

everyone says any age but i tried and it said i was ineligible and i am 12 years old

ok plus i tried making myself be 15 but it still didn't work

you must be 13 years old to sign up to youtube

NOTE: if you already tried to sign up on youtube as a 12 year old they will remember you and this is what is stopping you from signing up.....clear your browsers cache & cookies and start again with a minimum age of 13

to watch flagged videos you have to have an account which is at least 18 years of age

Just lie. It's something they have to put there because of some stupid law that doesn't actually do anything (look up "COPPA" on Google).
