Why have Youtube blocked all videos of Eduardo breaking his leg?

That is weird! I just tried it and all that comes up is 'This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by NetResult'
Its not like its a blockbuster film or something, its a dude breaking his leg! why block the videos? lol
