How do I upload this video to YouTube?

Basically, it's Michael Jackson's - Smooth Criminal music video.
I know that Music Video's are basically against the rules. Are there any ways to edit it oh so slightly, just so it can slip by and be up there for everyone to view?

Maybe a big green screen with black letters that says

" Smooth Criminal Music Vid... enjoy... "

Will that be enough to get it to slip by?

and... how do i edit it to do that too? =)

Try VideoPut. Is a tool for uploading videos to the internet.
Currently, you can upload videos to YouTube. With VideoPut you can upload videos in more comfortable way instead of uploading via your web browser. Usually even much more faster. If you have a lot of videos which you want to post to YouTube or other video website but don't want to spend so much time uploading them in this case VideoPut is just for you. Youtube does not care very often when you upload music videos, go ahead.

Open Windows Movie Maker, slide the video into there, hit Titles & Credits, select "Title at the beginning" and then put it in. Hit add title, publish movie to computer, then upload the video to YouTube.

The easiest way to edit the video is with Windows Movie Maker (which is free and pre installed on most windows machines) ir Adobe Final Cut (which you have to pay for) That is enough to get the video past most DRM applications, but it is not fool proof. Giving it a revealing title will also cause it to be flagged. Lastly, any youtube user can flag the video as copyrighted content and it will be deleted. You can try to get around it in these ways. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. There is no 100% fool proof way.
