Can i change the channel link of my youtube account i.e www.youtube.com/username to something else?

is it possible???

According to YouTube,

"Your Channel URL is shown in ('Your Channel URL' page which can be accessed from 'Account'), and can't be changed. If you already chose a customized URL for your channel, it is whatever you chose. If you have not chosen a customized URL for your channel, it has been set to your username, so now you can point people to your channel more easily."

I think this option is set when you first applied on YouTube.
