Who to get my videos Featured or Promoted on youtube?

Who can i do that

to get your video featured you need some of the following criteria:

-for it to get a lot of attention in a short space of time
-for it to get lots of ratings
-fair amount of comments
-people placing your video in their favorites
- a couple of video responses

each time you get these you move further up the charts,if you get considerable amounts from quite a few of them you will be quite high up, this will come to the attention of the editor of youtube, they then view all the recent videos with similar publicity and feedback and make a random selection out of those to place on the homepage (feature)

promoted videos are very much the same, they are for videos that did not get picked for the feature or videos that have been recently featured

In order to have your videos featured on YouTube, the youtube staff have to handpick them. They might pick them because they just like them, or you have high ratings. It depends day to day.
To quote:

Also, there is one video each day that is a paid slot. So one video a day can pay to have their video placed on the home page.
