people upload videos to youtube of celebs but those videos aren't made by them so how/where do they get those videos?

You can find them somewhere online like google or youtube, then you go to google and type "download videos online" and then you can download the video, rename it and then upload it as your video on youtube, you can download youtube videos here, www.vixy.net

They download them from other websites such as TMZ...etc.

The typical papperatzis (sorry if i spelled that wrong!) film videos ALL the time of celebs .they usually sell them on the web or sell pictures which video makers turn into pictures with video. i would reccomend searching "hott celeb videos" on google or yahoo.
