Youtube wont load unless I use a proxy, and they dont support flash..?

Whenever I try and go on www.youtube.com it says that "the page cannot be displayed" yer every other site is fine.
I cant even watch embedded videos on peoples bebo's etc.

It does load when I use a proxy, but then I go onto a video and it says I haven't got the latest flash player, which I have..

If anybody is kind enough to tell me either what's wrong, or a proxy that I can view videos with, I'd be rate greatful. : )

Probably because the proxy you are using has limited bandwith so it disables video site like YouTube.
