Youtube slow on Firefox?

i switched from using Internet Explorer to using Firefox. but i've noticed that on Firefox everytime I watch a clip on Youtube it is EXTREMELY SLOW at loading the video. I never had this problem with IE7. What's wrong with it? What should I do?

No and you should switch back to Internet Explorer 7 because it's better,more original,and easy.

firefox is all hype hype hype, just load your task manager and have a look at how much memory it is using. hype hype... dont believe the hype

I use firefox.... And I use youtube on a daily basis.... And everything seems to work just fine for me. Make sure you have the latest version of flash installed on your firefox.

Firefox works fine with me .. if that is your problem .. then you should stick to IE7... its also good but don't know why I like firefox better.

these will help you...

1. Use Opera browser, it will load faster and smoother, and re-install latest flash.

get the latest flash player, and install it.. make sure all the browsers are NOT running during installation...

OR..

2. It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.
Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.

Or you could watch it offline... try using 'zillatube' .

It works well - Just yahoo or google search "zillatube" to get it.
