To upload a powerpoint show onto YouTube what file format does it need to be in?

The best format to upload a .ppt in is a .wmv file. Out of curiosity though, is the powerpoint a actual powerpoint file, or is it a file you made it in movie maker. If you put it into movie maker, the file will be easy to convert to a .flv, or you could just leave it in the .wmv form. If you want to, you can save the power point as a jpeg file interchange format. To do this all you have to do is go to open the powerpoint, go to save as, and select the jpeg file etc. Click save, and select the option of saving all the slides in the box that will pop up. Then open up movie maker (free download from microsoft.com) or garageband (mac) and go to import pictures, which is found on the left, under capture video. The powerpoint slides will have been saved under a file in My Docs that is named whatever the powerpoint was called, unless you changed the name. Open it, and select all of the slides, and click Import. All of the slides with then show up in the main center of the screen in movie maker. Just drag them down one at a time to the bottom portion of the screen , release. The slides can also be dragged down all at once, and they should put themselves in the same order as they were above, but check anyway. After this go to file, and select Save Movie File. Select Save to PC, and follow the onscreen directions. Then just upload like normal.
