WHY CANT I WACH VIDEOS??? im trying to wach

and the other episodes of this anime... but i cant!
every time i try to wach a video on veoh it stoped at some random point in the video and starts over agen... i was just geting in to this anime and now i cant wach episode 18 or the other episodes.... so i know its now just that video cuz it dos it for all the videos on veoh. i myself am more of a youtube fan but i cant find all the episodes for this anime on youtube and i cant even go on youtube... why??? this just started<<<
