My 'You tube' site is intermittently stalling and wont sing fluidly?

how would I cure and rid my computer of this problem ...

Are others encountering problems, this is a new computr, it then cannot be a virus ... it stops and starts annoyingly .. is there a cure ...

It is easy to suggest how to solve the problem, but, it'll cost me 18 points!

Youtube is having some technically difficulties.
It's not working right now, and hopefully will be up and running in no time.

I KNOW.IT WAS NOT SMOOTH ANDI DELETED AS IT IS FOUND NOT FUNCTIONING WELL. EVEN IN MY YAHOO GROUPS IT IS NOT COMING WELL AND ALSO TO WATCH COUPLE OF MAIL ID NEED CHANCED .AS SUCH THE FUN HAS GONE NOW,

The computer he has a soul, and this does not get into 18 dots.delete it, and again.
