That's a really good question, with a simple answer: It's so stupid that everyone wants to watch and comment it of how stupid it is. And check the title! It's really a wierd one, with the stars and symbols.

Well some people see there is a girl as the video icon and they'll click on it and a view will be added even if they did not watch it all or sometimes they think that she's gonna say something at the end but she won't ...

Perhaps someone had the good ability to promote this video and put the link into a well known website or spread it into the forum and the girl in the video had a good looking

I never would have seen it without your link. Favorited: 2,716 times! And you just know everyone of them is a 14 year old boy using the vid for jerking off to. Dirty boys! lol To answer the question, once a video gets slightly popular (thumbnail of pretty girl helps) it spirals out of control by getting on the main page. Casual youtube users don't look for good stuff, they'll watch any old crap on the main page.
