The Youtube Problem II?

So,I can't upload with the new upload format on Youtube.The fist time I asked this ,someone asked me to use VideoPut. but the tial version is finished..and now what? I am just 13 and I can't pay or what. please help!
you can help me in 2 ways:
1.Tell me why I can't upload and how I can.
2.Tell the registering code for the full version of VideoPut.
