When you taping don't hold the camera with hands put it on a stand(tripod).
minimum 640by480 resolution
mpeg4 or WMV format
minimum 2000 kbps bitrate for video
maximum 64 kbps bitrate for audio

Resolution and format......
the first vid had a higher resolution than the second....

also the format , the first vid took up the whole screen whereas the first was a wide screen shot....less to draw menas faster draw, means better quality....

If you want to get high quality video ,u can convert the video to FLV with E.M. Youtube video download tool.
then upload it to youtube.
