It depends on how busy they are at the moment, plus how much research they have to do to determine if the complaint is valid.

They usually respond to me within a day, two at most.

If you make frequent copyright complaints, they have a Content Verification Program - you can pre-register as a copyright holder, making the process of flagging inappropriate content and notifying them quicker.
