Does anyone know how E.M YouTube works?

i downloaded it so that i could save YouTube videos. so far, i know that the E.M Youtube sniffs out and downloads videos automatically once you play a YouTube video while the E.M YouTube is open. and it saves it as a flv? that's all i can figure out. I'm not sure how to save them, or what kind of file to save as , or just how to work E.M YouTube.

can someone give me a basic simple step by step? from downloading and saving a YouTube video to having it stored in an embedded format?
