WMV file to big to put on Youtube?

i have an wmv file of Cherie Johnson & Ami Foster interview from Punky Brewester. The file is to big to put into youtube. IS there a software to break up the some of the file so that i can post the interview on Youtube?

Windows movie maker will do it. You should have it automatically if you are running xp or vista.
