If you use Firefox, use the Video DownloadHelper add-on. You can use it to download any embedded video on any web page. If you are using Internet Exploder, you are S.O.L.

I have realplayer installed, and when I mouseover the upper right hand corner of the videos, I can download them in realplayer format. There are more complicated ways, but that is the easiest.
