orbit, for downloading videos from any site.
bitcomet, plays flv files that you've downloaded on your com.

you can try moyea flv to video converter tool.
(1)Download google video to your pc;
(2)Convert the video to mp4 video;
(3)transfer the converted video to PSP.

(1)download youtube video with flv downloader;
(2)Convert it to PSP video (PSP MP4);
click "add flv videos"--> "settings" --->"export type"-->"MP4 "-->sub-type-->" PSP" -- "Convert ";
(3)Copy the video to your psp, after converting completely.
or Input the video to psp video manager for transfering to your psp.
