Please Help! iTunes to YouTube! (10pts B.A.)?

Ok...
This afternoon i downloaded a video off of youtube and i converted it to itunes by TV Tube (for Macs). It was now converted into a m4v. Now what i want to do is upload it on Youtube. I did that, but then it said it failed because it was an invalid format (when i uploaded it, it was a m4v).
So how do i change the format to be able to upload on You[Tube]??
