Won't let me upload to youtube?

i am trying to upload an Adobe premiere video onto youtube but everytime i go to youtube, it says "video is unavailable"
how do i fix this?

Youtube is currently undergoing maintenance.

I am not sure if that type of video format is available to download onto youtube. If there is some way for you to convert it to a different type, then it should work. But right now, they are performing a maintenance update so it might not work, but you should be able to try it tomorrow and see.

utube is not going under matence, i uploaded a vid yesterday and it was fine, try downloading the vid and puting it in a folder where u can find it, dont just save it
