How to post a video in Youtube using Windows Movie Maker?

How do you post a video on Youtube when the file is saved in .MSVMM? Or is there a converter i have to get

The msvmm file is the movie maker file. You have to fgo to file, and choose save movile file. A wizard will come up, just click next on everything, and it will save it as a file you can upload. I think it is an avi file it saves it as.

It's not suppose to be. It should be wmv.
