Why wont Youtube wont let me upload ANYTHING?

recently i tried uploading videos but it will say its uploading then nothing happens, and i give it a few hours. i tried changing the file type and shortening the video, and still, i heard it has to do with the browser. is that BS?

This happens to me all the time, just restart your computer, and try to use a different browser, one that will show you the %. Or download the multi-video loader, which almost never fails, and you can still upload only one video.

i have uploaded 2 vids and it worked, but now i have tryed uploading like a couple of others and it does that. seriously i have no idea whats wrong. it kinda stinks. this probably didnt help much but i thought that i would share.
