Help with movie like thing...?

okay, so sometimes on youtube you can see songs and they have their lyrics...

when people make that do they use powerpoint or something else? do they use a website or something?
im not going to be putting it on youtube or anything i was just wonderin how to make a video like that

you can do tat on power point, and that is my vid -_-' but its ok cuz im getting more views LOL

You could probably use power point...i'm not sure about WIndows Movie Maker, but you should try it~
