Is there a website where you can get clips to put on a youtube video?

Okay so...
I want to make a youtube video and i have no idea what to do.
I know how to use Windows Video Player (or something like that) but i don't know where to find clips and if so, how do i put it on my video thingy?

I need help so please help me!

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

You can't make a "YouTube video".
You'll have to download the videos, first. Use youtube's videos! http://zamzar.com/url and follow the step-by-step instructions. Be sure to use the avi. format, though. Just copy the link of the YouTube video, choose the format(which I showed you), type your email address. and convert the video. They'll send the link to download the video. NO SOFTWARE NEEDED! AT ALL! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO SIGN UP!Then you take your downloaded videos to Windows Movie Maker and do a little playing around with them. Make a videos yourself. Can't help you with the walkthroughs. Sorry.
But then after, you can upload you video.
