No sound if i go to youtube,or any thing else.but,when a popup comes up i have sound.i have check all wires?

If you are using XP or Vista, there is the possibility to turn off audio, but leave the system sounds. Perhaps that's happened. If you're using Vista, right click the speaker in the taskbar (not the orange one, if it's there, make sure it's the white/blue one) and click on sound mixer (or something similar. My system's in German, so I don't know exactly what it'd say. It should be the topmost option). Check that everything's turned up.
If you're using XP, I think it's under the start menu, programs, accessories, media (or audio, or similar), and then the mixer again. I'm afraid I cant give more precise directions on that, as I don't have a XP system at hand.

Is the volume on? Check that on the video and because you get it on popups, then your computer speakers. If it's up all the way, then I don't know what to tell you.
