Is there any way of saving a youtube video to a file onto my phone or computer?

Im using this plugin called downloadhelper. I can download videos fron youtube and other streaming sites easily. works with firefox i think .so far its the best youtube video downloader ive tried.

yeah use firefox and install a pluggin that allows u to download from you tube .. its usually a flv file but u can convert this to another file :)

I seen a site called real players, they state that their real player 11 can do so. You get I think 15 free days on trial, I think its called real player 11 gold. Have not tried it myself do. I don't know what format it will save them to your computer as. Whether they are flv files that are not really a good thing just fragment your computer flv files
