Video Question...PLEASE HELP!?

ok well i want to make a how-to video that shows u how to do stuff on the internet. heres the situation. on youtube, i see many videos that shows someone doing something on the internet. u can tell that these people are not using a camera because of how steady it is. i want to do this real bad please help! heres an example

You can record your computer screen with programs like Camstudio. Then you add the audio or explanations using windows movie maker or some other video editing program.

They are using a hypercam.

You use a screen capture software like SnagIt or CamStudio. It captures all what you're doing in your computer so you can make a video tutorial of any software, etc you want. Google the softwares and you'll see.
