you dont, it's not a supported format.

Use a screen capture software, and start recording as you start the slideshow. When its done, stop recording. Upload the video file!

download hypercam2 (go on google, search hypercam, and click on the first one) then record the video :)

download fraps for free
run fraps
open power points
record using fraps button it says (i think f5)
play the power point
save the fraps file
upload to youtube

DO NOT use wild's answer. Fraps only works in computer games! Simply download a screen recorder and record the powerpoint.
