How do I add this box..................?????

I noticed that on this site (http://www.youtube.com/user/EricStriffle... he has a box right under his Feature Video... it's like a blog of some sort titled "Updated 2-5-08".

How do I add a box like that to my YouTube site?? What is that box called? I just want to have a box like that to update my viewers on my next video and stuff.

Go to your channel, click on edit channel and then check the bulletin box and then go from there.

Seems pretty easy to do..
