Youtube- Can't access channel!?

Help! I can't access my account! I can sign in just fine, and I can view other people's vids and channels, but I can't go on mine! I click on my channel name (Rizardon95) and it comes up with an error message and something about highly trained monkeys...

Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?
I opened the account yesterday as a new one. Is that why?

actually i live in Cambodia, i have encounter that problem as well.

The Reason youtube.com is down at this moment.
