The thing you want is called Youtube grabber.
What you do is you copy the url from youtube of the video you want and then put it in the youtube grabber and it grabs it from the website and puts it in a file in your desktop or in the Youtube grabber program itself. :) Hope this works.

if you use mozilla firefox go to tools/addons then click get more extensions then search for download helper get it then youll see a little thingy next to your address bar. now go to the video and the thingy will animate and you can download the video as an flv. if you want to change to another format again use vlc media player and say transcode and then you can pick the extension!!

If you have Mozila FireFox Browser then goto
Tools>Add-ons>get Extensions>search for "YouPlayer"
install it ,then restart firefox
it will show a small icon ("YP") at bottom right orner of fire fox screen.
click on it then one box appare in lift side of fire fox screen.
goto play list screen and R-Click then add your Video URL
then after finishing R-click on Your created playlist name and download your videos.
