Someone hacked Wikipedia !!?

you'll find an inappropriate image with the wirds "n*gg*r got owned"... someone must have hacked that page.. scary!

i know anyone can edit it,, but if you opened the link you'll find the whole page messed up! i mean i could'nt even edit it again to remove the pic

anyone can change anything in wikipedia, if you know how to program in html

lol...ist called editing the page...they let you do that...juast report a bad post...you cant hack a wiki

Its not been hacked the web guys will pick that up and update it back to its original page and nice job for doing that must i say, its just been edited as Wiki is a shareware site for information from around the globe as others have different opinions on matters they are aloud to freely update the site and add information if the wiki network monkeys feel its appropriate to the subject it stays if not it goes. Use webopedia for a more clear and safer option

What makes Wikipedia unique is that it can be altered by anyone, but that also tends to make it somewhat unreliable. I recommend looking up what you need to know from the Wiki, because it IS a great source of information, but be sure to check other sites to make sure the information is consistent. Just make sure that the wording isn't the same on the site you check and the wiki or the site developer copy-pasted.

no, it didn't get hacked, it's just that someone made a bad post, since anyone can change wikipedia.
just report it, and the crew of wikipedia will find it soon enough!

This template has now been protected from editing, and the editor was blocked. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?titl...

I've seen this type of vandalism before, just remember if you can't find anything done to the article then it was probably done to a template.
