Why is wikipedia full of dumb editors?

I mean there are some intelligent editors. but alot of them just exploit it.

Because the world is full of dumb people. In order to be fair, Wikipedia has to allow a large cross-section of the population to access and edit it. That includes the dunces.

i'm pretty sure that if you were to change it where it said something stupid, it would change back eventually

Yeah Wikipedia is factually inaccurate but its helpful overall, they should start hiring some staff, they can't leave it to people.

well, the editors are practically us, if you meant moderators, yeah I know what you mean. I accidentally made a mistake of calling them editors as well. anyway, I don't know why, I guess it's because since we "editors" are also editing it, sometimes they don't catch everything or sometimes, when they think something needs to be changed, they change it, even if people disagree. I know thats kind of bad, but then I guess you need to have alot of people complain about them to have their power revoked. I don't know, it's all too confusing to me. that's why I stay away from it if I can.

Pages that are not long or do not look professional are ones that you shouldn't trust the information on. Overall, Wikipedia has created some really good articles for a lot of things. Wikipedia can be trusted most the time.
Try editing wrong information yourself:
Admins all around Wikipedia will edit it immediately. There are like a million. Get a Wikipedia username and start editing pages.Sometimes, Wikipedia does not have much information on a certain thing.That is when you look at other Encyclopedias such as Britannica.com, Reference.com, and Encarta.com.

Well first of all you must know that the word wiki means that you may change it all around. It is also full of dumb editors, because it has been the sensation to go around and put whatever you want down. I have even when and put the wrong infromation down and then like a minute later whent back and changed it. So yea there are some crokked and dumb editors out there just wanting you to put down the wrong answer and use on a school project and that actually happened to one of my classmates, after they were arned not to use wilipedia for school or any important reference.

There are some people on this Earth who think that being foolish is their job. They think they are being funnier than the Church Lady when they vandalize a page. So they do it and watch the results.

They kind of do it for the same reason people do prank calls.

Yes but these edits don't survive on Wikipedia very long. I'm an admin (the person who blocks vandals like these).

Almost all of Wikipedia editors are dumbs. I have some friends who post false informations there and nobody find out.
