Hello, sorry for my english, a question for experts of wikipedia!?

i had a discussion with an other user in the english version of wikipedia in a article about ancient history, but this user denie me to write informations in the article even if i bring reliable sources, he delete all i write, i am thinking because he is nationalist, now the question is:

i don't want to speak more with him, but to explain the discussion to a person more important than him, a wikipedia staff
