Why won't Wikipedia allow me to edit? |
I edited a word which was certainly wrong. Do I need to sign up in order to be allowed to edit? The reason they gave was that it was not important? How can a mistake not be important? You don't need to be a member to edit. You have to be a member you have to be a member, cause otherwise people would mess everything up if they could just randomly edit anything. Erm... what these people say isn't true. You don't have to be a member to edit the vast majority of pages. Some pages are protected, but you wouldn't even be able to get into the edit section if that was the case. yeah you don't have to be a member. You have either got banned from editing or some other strange reason Did you make sure to click on the "save page" button after you edited the word? If so, just wait and it will be changed later. You do need to be a member to be able to edit. I know its stupid but thats the rules. Dont became a member it costs money and whats the point? To be able to edit words?? Wikapedia is a scam . I like to read posts but I would never fall for there plan to make them get more money off other peoples knowalge. You're lucky. Wikipedia is most unreliable place to edit anything |
