How can I be automatically notified if someone makes a change to an entry on Wikipedia?

How can I be automatically notified if someone makes a change to an entry on Wikipedia? I registered with them and I have the entry on my "watchlist" but it still doesn't automatically email me when someone makes updates to this entry. There must be a way to do this. Thanks.

I don't think you can do it with email, but when you are on a page and "logged on" to wiki, you can click, on the top of the page, "watch this page". that should work.

use RSS in your browser to get notified for the changes, but this will not help if you are expecting a email.
