Ok, so i have this arcticle and it keeps on givng me this bull about my arcticle, thats i've been working on, It's a stub? what does that mean? and how do i get it to a higher level?

somebody mentioned that i can eventually remove the Stub thing, how do i do this?

In Wikipedia, a stub is a short article that contains only a few sentences. It provides useful information, but not comprehensive information. Stub articles are useful to a reader who has no idea about what the term means, but the users who are already familiar with the topic might not gain any new information from them.

When I wrote my first article on Wikipedia as a newbie, it was marked as stub by another experienced user. I felt bad about it, because I thought somebody is saying that my article is poorly written. Later I realized that stub doesn't mean that your article is badly written -- it just means that it's short. A large number of the best Wikipedia articles were created as stub. Articles are categorized as stub, so that other interested users can notice them and work on expanding them.

To get your article to a higher level, add some more content to it. Also add some pictures (if available) and references. Once you've expanded your article, you can remove the stub notice. No formal permission is required for that.

A "stub" isn't an insult to your article. It's on all short articles.

The stub has to be longer than 3 paragraphs to become a regular page. Make sure to have more than 3 though, and make those paragraphs good. Some may think that 3 paragraphs are not enough.

There isn't a level for article, but the better the article, the more recognition the page would get. It could get a star on the top of the page and become a "Featured article". You need a lot of good information, and a long article as well.

Ignore the "bull", and keep on with the edits. Forget about what people say about it, just do what you have to do.

Wikipedia is BAD! Wait for Knol. It will be much better than Wikipedia.
