Do you mean on Wikipedia (http://www.wikipedia.org), or on another wiki? Not everyone realizes that Wikipedia is just the best-known example of a whole class of websites out there. Wikis are websites that multiple people can edit.

See www.daviswiki.org, the biggest wiki devoted to a particular city.

Each of those has different ways of adding pictures, so you'll have to clarify your question if you're talking about one of those.
