Overhaul & re-design their homepage in the not too distant future?

It's so....plain & ugly. It's BOUND to happen, right?

I think they will keep their current format for quite awhile. It's simple but effective, which is the goal of Wikipedia.

Very likely when u consider that many times the info found may not be valid or is totally wrong.

Ie; u cant always trust what wikipedia says as facts.

It IS boring indeed. But they may just keep it boring as bland is less likely to put people off.

If you are registered, you can modify the way the pages look to you in prefences. However, they won't change the main design yet because it's clear.
