still am unable to delete

Go to the history and click on a revision before that was done, click the edit button and then type "rv vandalism" in the edit summary.

After that, load the warning template page ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:T... ) in a new window and then load the talk page of the user who added the vandalism (the talk link next to their name in the history) and stick a vandalism template on the page (if it is flagrant, go with 4im, but if not go with either 1 or the level above the last warning) and sign the talk page with ~~~~.

An example would be (for a 4im vandalism warning):

{{subst:uw-vandalism4im}} ~~~~

This would read:

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing.

and your username or IP address, as well as the time you added it would be at the end.

you will find all the information you need to know here.

I've just had a look and it's ok now.

the mods have changed it back!! :) in future, you can just edit it yourself with the button at the top, or revert it to the last serious edit by selecting that and saving over.
