Wikipedia is the most widespread, yet precise at what you're looking for. Nothing can compare to it.

There really is no replacement for Wikipedia.

If you're a uberconservative Baptist dominionist, you can try Conservapedia. It's pretty inaccurate, though - I've created about 200 false articles there and added untold hundreds of snippets of false information, and several dozen other people assist me in this regard.

Though it may seem like an elaborate parody, it's actually meant to be taken seriously.
