How can you out a pic on a wikipedia?

I really need to know how.
Brendon urie's wikipedia bugs me without a pic.
someone PLEASE help me?????

1. Create an account
2. On the left hand side toolbar, click upload file.
3. Browse for a file you want to upload.
4. Name the file something you will remember (example123.jpg)
5. Go to the article you want to add a picture and insert [[Image:example123.jpg|thumb|125px|capti... goes here]]
6. Remember to replace example123.jpg with your file name you uploaded.
Also remember to make the pixel(px) bigger if you want the image bigger.
Insert an appropriate caption.

i have no idea what u're talking about... if u want a pic from wikipedia...copy/paste it, if u want to insert/delete a pic in wikipedia from a page u can ( but it will come back up again ) because somwone will someday...eventually come and see if u're change is required ( but until then it will be reloaded from the archive :) )
