Is there any other service better than wikipedia?

Yes, paperback encyclopedias are p'obably better than it, if your after knowledge. Wikipedia is only for people who are in a bit of a hurry.

Wiki is good. I use it for general reference. But its a little biased at times. On political grounds mostly. And a little conservative as well. So when I need solid info - i check multiple sources. For an initial understanding wiki is good as good it can be.

Im a lil scared in the way wiki is getting into place to propagate anything if it wants to. There should be something else as well - just to keep the balance even.

Britanica is dead or what i dunno. Why nobody sees this. Its in perfect imbalance like the Turner monopoly.

I love Wikipedia, however, there are concerns about it's accuracy due to the ability to edit articles to bias/untrue information. I just don't see why that is.

a lot of people don't think wikipedia gives accurate info because anyone can edit it, but i think it's pretty good. if incorrect info is put up there, it gets removed pretty quickly. plus there's sources that are listed where you can check the info if you want. wikipedia's good for quick info, but some teachers don't like it when you use it for research projects so you're better off listing other sites.

I am aiming to make a site where everyone's opionions are respected, there are no vandals and there is easy to understand good information about everything!

I hate how my stuff there gets Vandalized or someone thinks they know more than me when they dont. SO they delete my stuff because or personal differences or my schools ip is banned because someone else was fooling around!

I run this site to make freinds and be "Everything Wikipedia is SUPPOSED to be" thats the sites motto found on every page!
