I'm blocked from editing wikipedia , because I tried to neutralise an article, what can I do?

I was reading the heavily biased intelligent design article and thought, I would edit the wording to make it more acceptable for an encyclopedia
see: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?titl...

One of the 'administrators' who blatantly preferred the biased version of the article told me to to stop 'pushing' on intelligent design...(?)

I replied to him explaining my edits. The main edit being I changed:

''The unequivocal [[scientific consensus|consensus]] in the [[scientific community]] is that intelligent design is not science.''

to
:Several scientific societies reject intelligent design as a science.

I explained to him the word unequivocal was inappropriate.

he replied telling me that as per the dictionary , unequivocal was an appropriate word and my edit was completely biased.

He then blocked me for 31 hours!

I want to know what can I do, to stop being bullied by these biased administrators( who btw are just experienced us

I'm beginning to loose faith in wikipedia. I am beginning to think it is just an outlet for propaganda.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I personally support Intelligent Design and not Evolution but I wouldn't edit the Evolution article to say before Darwin there was a unequivocal scientific consensus that evolution is not a science, anyways.

Unfortunately, wikipedia has degraded in the quality of articles. Most of the original posters and editors have left because of edit wars, hate speech, flaming, etc.

The best thing to do is take a wikibreak and don't try to edit hotbed articles.

Very sorry about your ban.

Some options:

A) Ask another wikipedia editor to help you.

B) Realize that wikipedia is not the end all be all especially for "hot" topics like religion

C) make your own website and write your article there

D) vandalize wikipedia all over to exact your revenge and give those admins a headache. You might also want to spoof your IP while your at it so they can't ban you.

I know! The same thing happed to me! Some jerk with the his name starting with an N had reported my IP address so that editing is not possible! Grrrrrr....... :-@

You approached that all wrong. If there are hidden comments while editing, furthur explaining something, don't try and change the wording. Discuss that at the talk page and be nice about it, otherwise your not going to be seen as produtive there.

Stay away from those Wikipedia do badders!

You can make a new account and stick it to him and keep making it. I had the same problem and I am starting to feel the same way too.
