Increase the Size of an Image on Wikipedia?

Use IrfanView. It's a very lightweight, very useful, image viewer/editor. Open the image in irfanview and then under Image, click Resize/Resample. Make sure Preserve aspect ratio is checked. Then enter a new width or height and the other should automatically change. Save the image and you should have the image in smaller dimensions

You mean decrease?
Ok, do you have ms paint, coreldraw, colorit or photoshop?
You open the picture with one of those, click scale, and decrease the size, then you should be ready to upload.
