When your using torrent and a file says its complete but it says seeding do i have to wait for that to finish?

no you don't. it's the nice thing to do, but you can stop it once it's done downloading.

You've got confused with the word seeding. Seeding means uploading. Amount of seeders are the amount of people uploading. Leechers and people who is downloading and uploading a little at the same time. Peers are leechers and seeders.
So you can use the file already, you can stop seeding if you want by stopping it.

It's good to wait s someone might be downloading it from you too , but you can close it as soom as it finishes the downloading.

You're downloading files from either seeders or leechers. Seeders have the complete file, leechers don't yet or aren't uploading at all. You can only get 100% of the file because some people have all the parts of the file to share. Once it's seeding, you've got what you want - the complete file, and are helping others to complete it. Seeding is the way the torrent network works - if everyone stopped seeding as soon as they had the file, all files would die pretty quickly - so try to leave things seeding as long as possible - change the settings so it auto-stops after reaching a certain seed ratio for example, eg 1 = give the whole file in order to get the whole file......
